Representatives from the College of General Practitioners of Sri Lanka had a successful meeting with officials of “Gammadda – ගම්මැද්ද” program at the CGPSL office on August 05, 2022. This was the second meeting we had with the team to lay the foundation for our helping hands project.
We discussed about the needy families recommended by the “Gammadda – ගම්මැද්ද” team, and we were able to clarify a few things. We shared our ideas on helping these families.
he College President Dr Mathews, Past President Dr K. Chandrasekher, Dr Dilini Baranage (Treasurer – CGPSL council), Dr Indika Karunamuni (President – Helping Hand Project), Dr Gobith Ratnam ( Secretary – Helping Hand Project) and Dr Bihan de Silva (Treasure – Helping Hand Project) represented the Helping Hand Project Team of CGPSL.
Mr. Keneth Weerakkody and Mr. Prasanna represented the “Gammadda – ගම්මැද්ද” program. Their experience in the field would be very helpful for the program’s success.
